Appraisals & Liquidations

APPRAISALS: BroBid uses highly trained and experienced Project Managers from Brothers Office Furniture to conduct appraisals. Our appraisals are used by banks and companies for loan support, partnership and stockholder matters, buy-sell agreements, and information regarding allocation of assets. There are two types we offer:

• Full Documented Appraisal: A paid appraisal that includes a field inspection and photo documentation of individual assets and a full narrative and referenced report. Usually this report is used by banks.
• Estimate Appraisal: A valuation done with or without personal field inspection. Estimates may be done from data supplied by owner or lender. Usually this report is used for auction liquidations.

LIQUIDATIONS: BroBid, and its sister company Brothers Office Furniture, have the expertise and experience to liquidate company assets, no matter the size and volume of materials. We take pride in conducting a smooth transition of assets to new owners while maintaining the value of the asset. We have a fully manned wholesale division to move assets to dealers across the country when needed.
